The Opportunity 

As the Learning Systems Lead, you will be responsible for the governance, optimisation and ongoing management of our Learning Management System (Cornerstone – Wonder.LAB).

This role ensures the platform delivers a seamless and engaging learning experience, supports compliance training, and provides meaningful insights to drive workforce capability and organisational performance.

Working closely with People & Culture, Learning, Digital Solutions and key stakeholders, you will act as the subject matter expert for learning systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration, optimisation and governance of the LMS to ensure strong system performance and user experience
  • Configure and manage learning content, including courses, curricula, certifications and learning pathways
  • Support the delivery of digital and instructor-led learning programs within the platform
  • Develop and deliver reporting and analytics to provide insights on learning participation, compliance and capability trends
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate tracking of learning activities across the organisation
  • Provide support and guidance to stakeholders, including troubleshooting and system training
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement learning initiatives and system enhancements
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across the learning technology ecosystem
  • Support system upgrades, integrations and enhancements in collaboration with Digital Solutions and IT

About You 

You are a systems-focused professional who enjoys combining technology, data and learning to create meaningful outcomes. You bring a proactive mindset and are comfortable working across both operational delivery and strategic improvement.

You will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience managing and optimising Learning Management Systems (e.g. Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Workday or similar)
  • Strong understanding of LMS governance, configuration, workflows and user management
  • Experience supporting digital learning delivery, including eLearning modules and compliance training
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Excel or LMS tools)
  • Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders across HR, Learning and Technology teams
  • Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering a positive user experience
  • Experience in system improvements, integrations and continuous optimisation
  • Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
