The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an exceptional, experienced and motivated Lead Educator to step into our Educational Leader role and build upon the excellent work of our team.
You will partner with our Centre Manager to inspire, mentor and lead our well established and qualified team of educators to continue to build upon the excellent work of our team. You will lead the development, implementation, and review of our educational programs and educational experiences.

About Us
Our daycare and early learning centre is a convenient choice for local families in Bayswater, Bassendean, Embleton and Maylands. Great Beginnings Bayswater offers long day care and a kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with extended hours to suit busy families.
Our state-of-the-art early learning centre offers a vibrant and engaging environment, designed to inspire curiosity and creativity in our young explorers. Our facilities include:

With a capacity for up to 87 children, our centre is open from 6.30am to 6.30pm.
About You
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
