The Opportunity 

Our Family Support Team plays a critical role in driving enrolment outcomes and supporting families throughout their journey into our centres.

As the National Family Support Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across a national function, ensuring strong commercial performance, operational excellence and a consistently high-quality family experience. Reporting as part of the Leadership cohort, you will lead Regional Leads and a national cohort of FST Agents, embedding a high-performance culture aligned to occupancy growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide national leadership to Regional Leads and FST Agents, driving accountability for performance, culture and outcomes.
  • Own enrolment conversion performance and occupancy support metrics nationally.
  • Embed a consultative, needs-led sales approach that strengthens conversion while maintaining a family-first experience.
  • Develop and uplift leadership capability within Regional Leads to ensure consistency and scalable performance.
  • Establish and optimise national performance frameworks across productivity, call quality, utilisation and customer experience.
  • Analyse data and reporting to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations and Centre Leadership to strengthen the end-to-end enquiry-to-enrolment journey.
  • Oversee the effectiveness and ongoing optimisation of contact centre systems, tools and reporting in collaboration with IT.
  • Influence and engage senior stakeholders, providing clear executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations.
  • Foster a high-performance, commercially focused culture that balances service excellence with measurable growth outcomes.

About You 

You are a commercially minded, forward-thinking leader who thrives in complex, multi-site environments. You bring a vision to national operations and are comfortable influencing at senior levels.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Significant experience leading large contact centre or customer operations teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience improving conversion or revenue outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to uplift performance and build scalable operational frameworks.
  • Experience embedding sales capability within service environments (highly regarded).
  • Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Confidence working with data, insights and performance metrics to drive action.
  • Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
