The Opportunity 

This is an ideal opportunity for a Human Resources (HR)  or Learning & Development (L&D)professional with approximately 2 years’ hands-on experience in, HR and/or L&D administration, system and/or process enhancement, project coordination, and people development programs who’s looking to specialise in capability systems and strategic enablement. This role will suit someone who is wanting to pivot their HR generalist experience into a wider capability and people transformation capacity or an existing experienced Learning Administrator who is looking for their next challenge.

This position sits within our Capability & Development function and will be key in supporting the ongoing optimisation of our capability platforms (including Cornerstone Learning, Performance and Succession). You’ll work closely with our platform providers, oversee the implementation of upcoming releases, and support the development an embedment roadmap to drive adoption across the network.

You’ll also collaborate across the broader People &Culture function to deliver meaningful data and insights aligned to our capability strategy and play a key role in supporting system enhancements that uplift performance and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of system releases and the development of strategic embedment roadmaps for key modules.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver system-led capability initiatives that drive performance and engagement.
  • Coordinate capability data requests and reporting across the broader P&C function.
  • Identify and support opportunities for system improvement and optimisation aligned to organisational needs.
  • Collaborate with HR, L&D, and digital teams to align systems with strategic people initiatives.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experiences in a HR generalist or L&D administrator role that has had exposure to  systems support and/or project delivery. This would include exposure to LMS systems, like Cornerstone or other LMS/HRIS platforms will be highly regarded.
  • Strong interest in capability development, workforce enablement, and utilsiing evolving learning technologies
  • Key skills in Excel inclusive of being comfortable to work with data, insights, and reporting to inform decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
