About Us

Our brand new daycare and early learning centre is located on Moorpark Avenue just in front of Rise Primary School, making it an ideal choice for local families in Yanchep. Great Beginnings Yanchep offers long day care and a kindergarten program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with extended hours to suit busy families.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 100 children with operating hours from 6.30am to 6.30pm.

About You

  • You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services 
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
  • First Aid certificate

You will also share our commitment and passion for bringing learning to life, inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.

Your role

  • Lead in the planning and delivery of age-appropriate activities, including art, music, movement, and outdoor play
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes teamwork and respect for diversity
  • Observe and assess the development and progress of each child, and communicate with parents and colleagues about individual needs and achievements
  • Maintain a clean and organised room, including managing materials and supplies
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, following all policies and procedures
