First Grammar Lithgow Centre is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) ready to take the next step into an Assistant Centre Manager role. This is an exciting off-the-floor leadership opportunity, ideal for someone dedicated to the education and development of young children.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. At capacity our centre caters for 80 children with operating hours between 7am to 6pm.

About You

• An ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Alternatively, working towards the above qualification
• Current Working with Children Check
• Teacher’s Registration or eligible to apply
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• First Aid certificate
