Kindy Patch Elermore Vale is offering an exceptional candidate a Lead Educator role within our fun-loving, supportive team. You will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.
This role is full time working 5 days or 4 days on a compressed working week - you choose which day off you prefer!
Kindy Patch Elermore Vale's new Centre Manager, Jade is a highly experienced team leader with over 11 years experience as part of the G8 Education team. Transferring over from our sister centre, Jade looks forward to supporting and halping her team achieve their early childhood career goals!
Jade's career started in 2014 when she completed her Certificate 3 through G8 Education’s traineeship program. She became a Lead Educator in 2017, Assistant Centre Manager in 2019 and Centre Manager in 2020. She is currently working towards a Bachelor of Education (birth to 5 years). Jade is passionate about recognising each child's uniqueness and developmental pace, emphasising the need for tailored approaches to learning and inclusion through establishing trusting relationships and connections with Educators and environments. Jade loves incorporating community connections within the centre and providing a place team feel recognised and appreciated for their role. Jade is seeking to establish a team that are great communicators, patient, cohesive, passionate, and overall strive to exceed learning outcomes for children through quality pedagogical practices. Jade is described as being friendly, supportive and approachable, and she strongly encourages personal and professional growth.

About You
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
